Single Creditor Facilitation

Single Creditor Facilitation aides a business entity who is unable to meet the financial
obligations due to a single creditor typically because a once-off event that occurred.

Example

Example: XYZ Painters had to pay arrears provisional taxes in September and could thus not
pay the full amount due to their supplier ABC Trading. XYZ Painters could meet all of their
other obligations but cannot repay the full arrears due to ABC Trading in one month.

We will provide the creditor with a detailed proposal on behalf of the business entity
explaining what had transpired and offering reasonable repayment terms.

There should typically not be any long term repercussions and no legal work would normally
be required.

Ideally the business entity should contact us before the creditor has taken legal steps to
collect the outstanding amount.
