As to the benefits that are applicable for registered Debt Counsellors at Credit Matters, you will only need to:

• consult with clients and complete the Form 16
• data capture on Care
• do the initial budget and proposed rehab
• follow up on initial payments

The Credit Matters' Head Office will:

• will send out Form 17.1, 17.2, Regulation 24 notice
• will send out Proposals after receipt of COBs and so on
• will handle all legal issues after the initial consultation
• will maintain the file and deal with changes in proposals and so on

Who can apply?

• Registered Debt Counsellors
• Must have business premises
• Must have at least one staff member
• There must be no Credit Matters' Agency in your area

There is no initial cost and as for the revenue, we pay half of the (NCR recommended) initial consultation fee (e.g. half of initial instalment R3000.00/R4000.00)
